Your area of responsibility
- Advising the Executive Board, management and employees on all HR-related issues
- Execution of payroll accounting, travel expense accounting, time recording, company pension scheme, among other things
- Applicant management and recruiting including legally compliant contract drafting
- Cooperation with the works council, legal advisors, the tax office and health insurance companies
- Budget and cost planning, controlling
- Document management
Desired competences & qualifications
- Studies with a focus on human resources management or commercial training with additional qualification, e.g. as a human resources manager
- Relevant professional experience, knowledge of payroll accounting, tax and social security classification, knowledge of labour law and company pension schemes
- You are experienced in administrative tasks and at the same time enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics
- Ideally experience in the Sage system (HR Suite)
- Discreet and engaging demeanour and a meticulous way of working
